16 yellow building sticks
8 neon green building sticks
1 neon blue building stick
9 hot pink building sticks
1 red building stick
1 black building stick

	Step 1:


	Lay 8 yellow building sticks together. Weave 2 yellow building sticks crossways through the first 8 as shown.


	Step 2:


	Make a twist near the top. Press together the middle 4 building sticks, leaving a pair of building sticks on either side.


	Step 3:


	Cross the outer two sections of building sticks behind the middle. Fold around the top ends into a rounded shape.


	Step 4:


	Twist the arms in two places, where indicated. Wrap the outer building sticks around the hips, making the top wider than the bottom.


	Step 5:


	Cut 4 small pieces of yellow. Add 2 to each hand. Spread the fingers.


	Step 6:


	Wrap the head in 3 yellow building sticks.


	Step 7:


	Wrap a yellow building stick around the shoulders, and under the arms. Wrap the rest of the body with 4 more building sticks. Stop where indicated.


	Step 8:


	Split the bottom of the tail in 2 pieces. Wrap 8 neon green building sticks around the tail. Cut off extra. Cover both points.


	Step 9:


	Cut 1 neon blue building stick into 3rds. Use 2 of the pieces to roll spirals. Press them against the chest, as shown.


	Step 10:


	Lay 8 hot pink building sticks together. Cut 1 hot pink building stick to the width of the strip and press it against the center.


	Step 11:


	Fold the hot pink strip in half. Press it against the top of the head as shown. Press straight down on the back of the strip so that both ends join in the back.


	Step 12:


	Curl the ends of the hair. Cut 2 small slits of black for the eyes, and 1 piece of red for the mouth. Press on.
